One of the Few #1 Best Seller on Amazon

To the Few,

Due largely to your support, One of the Few broke out as a #1 Best Seller on Amazon after the initial launch and 3-day promotion with over 3,000 downloads!

Thank you!

#1 Best Seller on Amazon!

One of the Few hit #1 in the Kindle Store in Christian Living, as well as the subcategories Inspirational, Theology, and Apologetics!

In fact, it made it to #79 of all free ebooks in the Kindle store!

Now it’s time to continue building momentum.

The initial free promotion is over, but there are still several offers for readers. The Kindle version is only $2.99 with the purchase of a paperback with the KindleMatch program.

And listeners can download the audiobook free by subscribing to FIGHTER FAITH, my blog on leadership, parenthood, and worldview development.

Leave a Review!

Keep spreading the word, and don’t forget to leave a review on AmazonBarnes and Noble, and Goodreads!

What other best-selling lists will we hit?!

Hardcover Available!

By the way, the hardcover is now available on Amazon, and you should find it on other websites soon (Barnes and Noble).

Check out one of my latest interviews here, and be on the lookout for a podcast coming soon with Byron Chen of SuccessVets. (Read more. . .)

One of the Few Update

As the launch date for One of the Few approaches (November 10), I wanted to give you all an update on what’s been happening in the last few months.

I’ve decided to make the e-book version of One of the Few

free for the first three days of the launch.

I’m encouraging people to join my book launch list to be notified of its release so they don’t miss this limited opportunity!

You can join the book launch list at www.oneofthefewbook.com

Alaska

First of all, I’ve moved to Alaska. No big deal. Just over 4,000 miles of adventure through the US and Canada on the Alaska Highway.

We made it in 12 days and had an amazing time.

We been chronicling the laddventure here: www.laddsinalaska.wordpress.com

RZIMSI

I had an amazing experience at the RZIM Summer Institute in June. Those experiences alone are enough to write a book. One of my many takeaways: people will not see, unless they can see for themselves. (Read more. . .)

My Dirty Little Secret: I Don’t Care About Your Blog

dirty little secret

I can’t take it any more. I have to tell you my dirty little secret. It’s been gnawing at me for too long.

I have to talk to you about your blog.

Your blog is beautiful. You exhibit photography in creative ways and year-long challenges.

Your blog is delicious. You talk about cooking and Thanksgiving cookies and what you had for dinner.

And I don’t care. (Read more. . .)

America is Beautiful: Is it Still Okay to Love Her?

america

Happy Fourth of July, everyone!  God bless America!

This week I am guest posting on the website of writer, photographer, architect emeritus, and Army Special Forces Veteran, Mr. Samuel Hall.

Samuel Hall has been writing for thirty years and is on the board of Oregon Christian Writers.  His website, www.samhallwriter.com, features his weekly blogs and photography.

A graduate of Oklahoma State University, he served in the US Army Special Forces before beginning his architecture practice. He’s active in mentoring men and is lay leader and coordinator of men’s ministries in his church.

He’s done short-term missions to South Africa and Uganda where he conducted pastors training and ministered in displaced persons camps. As part of a four-man team, he traveled in rural areas of SW China to work with ethnic minorities and support the underground church.

He has worked with many writers with featured works in a variety of articles, including the children’s picture book Jesus Loves Us All.  He is represented by Les Stobbe Literary Agency.

He and his wife live near Salem, Oregon and are the parents of three adult children.

America is beautiful, and Americans have historically lavished her with praise.
